I, ______________________________ am submitting a non-refundable holding deposit made payable to David Cole, in the amount of $250.00, for a boxer puppy. In the case that there is no available puppy of your sex preference you might choose another puppy or having your deposit refunded .

This puppy is not reserved until the Holding Deposit has been actually received by Cole Boxers in the full amount being $250.00 using cash, check.

This Holding Deposit will reserve the puppy until it is 8 weeks of age. If the buyer completes the purchase of this dog, the holding deposit will be credited towards the purchase price of the puppy.

All Holding Deposits may also reserve your place of the picking list. First come, first serve. You will be able to make your choice of pick of litter depending on your place on our holding list.

The balance for the boxer puppy (depending on price of puppy ) will be due in cash before the release of the puppy. The puppy release date will be between 7 and 8 weeks of age.
